3/4 cup broccoli-coleslaw mix
2 teaspoons horseradish mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons apple-cider vinegar
1/2 teaspon EVOO
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
1 (8 inch) whole-wheat flour tortilla
2 slices smoked turkey (about 2 oz)
1. Combine the coleslaw mix, mustard, vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, and sugar in a medium bowl.
2. Place the tortilla on a microwavable plate. Cover with a paper towel and nuke for 15 seconds. Spread the tortilla evenly with the coleslaw mixture. Fold the bottom over and roll up to enclose the filling. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
