Orange Steak

2 beef flank steaks (about 5 oz. each)
3 tbs. orange juice
1 tbs. sherry
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 clove garlic, pressed

Mix all ingredients together in a large ziploc bag, add steaks and marinate in fridge overnight.

Preheat oven to broil. Pull steaks and discard marinade. Place steak on broiler or grill and cook till desired, about 4 mintues on each side for medium.

Serves two. 279 calories, 15 g fat, 0 fiber.

Serving ideas: serve with mashed potatoes and snow peas.
